F.A.Q
Every individual’s journey to recovery is different. I have worked with clients anywhere from 3 months to 3 years. Steps to recovery include medical stabilization and health as well as psychological work. Eating disorder recovery and behavior change is challenging and I am with you every step of the way. Treatment duration varies based on where you are in your recovery process.
This varies for every individual based on a number of factors. After a discovery call and initial session, we can discuss recommendations for session frequency.
Nope! I see anyone with a variety of nutrition concerns. I am a little biased, but I think everyone could benefit from a dietitian because we all eat! I’m here to help you make it easy. I have a specialty in diabetes and see many clients with PCOS, and insulin resistance. I also have extensive experience working with runners and other athletes.
I am an out of network provider and payment is due via credit card or Zelle at the time of service. I give a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. A good faith estimate will be provided prior to the first individual session.
I am 100% virtual at this time.
Yes! An essential part of eating disorder treatment is collaboration with the team. With your permission, I will speak with your therapist and other providers on a regular basis.
